I have posted more thoughts on Becoming Jane over at Following Austen -- my First Impressions and a run-down of fact vs. fiction. If you've seen it, I would love to know what you thought. I didn't love it. (I'm not even sure I liked it!)

Until I see the movie it will be hard for me to make an assessment. However, I like your fact or fiction post tremendously. Your assessment sticks to the few known facts of Jane's life. All I need to know about Jane exists in her writing and letters. Interestingly, for me this tiny bit of knowledge is enough. Jane is who she is: A person who gives me immense pleasure through her outstanding writing.
